3) Two Original Notarized sworn affidavits from Beneficiary’s parents

4) Petitioner’s & Beneficiary’s daughter’s records (Carry Daughter’s Original File)

a. Indian birth certificate

b. U.S birth certificate (CRBA)

c. U.S Passport

d. SSN

5) Beneficiary’s bank account’s nomination to the Petitioner

6) Copy of Canceled Indian Passport that shows:

a. Trip to India for marriage in Nov 2007

2) Latest pay stub received after initial I-864 submission to NVC

3) Completed Social Security Information to show SSN is not needed

All the above items in my package are optional for her interview, except few secondary evidences.

5) Religious marriage certificate

6) Consulate has (hopefully!) I-864 package and it has last 3 years tax transcripts that shows "Married Filing Jointly".

So, I think she is all set for her interview with the above 6 items and other required docs listed below:

1) Original Appointment Letter

3) VFS receipt

4) Sealed medical envelope

5) Passport size photographs

NVC and DOS said the file forwarded to the Consulate. Consulate said after they receive the file from NVC, interview will be scheduled.

So, I hope, AOS and IV packages and I-130 documents are with the Consulate.

How can I make sure it? Very simple! If AP triggers for missing documents, files are not arrived at the Consulate

BTW, We don't have original NOA1 and NOA2 now

Just spoke to deshi buddy, he said, at the interview his wife didn't ask for anything except wedding photograph. The interview was only about 7 min. I am hoping your wife will not ask much question. Has your wife ever visit USA?

During my wife's last CR1 interview, they asked only:

1) Her religious marriage certificate

2) Wedding Album

Plus few basic questions. That's all!

Yes, she was here 1 year 2 months with me in the U.S in her CR1 GC processed by me back in early 2008.

Due to her long absence, she surrendered the GC. When she left the U.S, she was 2 months pregnant too

Now she is ready to come back, that's why we restarted the process again - now it is IR1.
