I knooooow!!!! Right? The only things I can think of that might be delaying my case is that 1. Either I have an RFE brewing or 2. Waiting on an NVC reviewer that is familiar with the requirements of my husbands country or 3. Just plain unlucky!

That's the standard line after final review. CC happens on the same day as SIF or a day after it. So you should be getting a CC today. At latest Friday (since tomorrow NVC is off.) Call NVC later tonight like around 21:00 EST.

I am afraid to say all your 3 assumptions are wrong :star:

The real reason is I called NVC and requested them to close your case, and I was told SIF and CC are 2 things. Since Debby wanted CC, ok, let's make it together!

It is time you got a SIF looking at others after you getting it. Call them up again later today. Am sure that the parrots might be in a good mood today knowing they are off tomorrow and might give some useful information :)

Disco's SIF was also delayed and he got an RFE. I am hoping and praying that you don't get one. :no:

Just got off the phone with a nice lady at the NVC. She told me that I got CC today :).

Oyez! Oyez! Oyez! All having any matter in immigration are admonished to draw year. I, your dearly beloved, has got a SIF. A whole day before my expectation. Yay. Let's dance.
