What does your AVRS message say? Does it say the package was forwarded to the embassy already?

I sopke to Live operator this morning, She said My AOS under review & DS-230 haven't review yet. When i sent out DS-230 package, I didn't include my wife's photograph. My wife sent those pictures via DHL from Bangladesh. According DHL tracking, It was arrived in Boston, Ma at 10:11 am today. I am hoping they will delivere the package today to NVC.

(* USCIS mistakenly put wrong priority date on I-130 Petition. Case has been processed since July 28th, 2010)

Just called and talked to a "live person" -- my AOS packet was entered into the system on the 22nd! woohoo! they didnt update the AVRS yet though .. still says "a packet of information was sent on blahblahblah please allow 6-8 weeks yadayada"

so now i'm just waiting for them to review it and move on to the IV packet!

i'm taking requests on how long it'll take for them to review the AOS and hoping for no RFEs! :)

Congrads to all the recent SIFs -- that's great! :D

IS,

In Asad's case co-sponsor's immigration status (USC/LPR) document is missing. Including sponsor's immigration status is optional, but it is recommended.

However, co-sponsor's immigration status document is mandatory. Because, any sponsor must meet the below 3 points to be eligible for sponsorship:

1) At least 18 years old

2) LPR/USC

3) Domiciled in the U.S

and I want hubby to be in the US for Jan 10th so that he can start the univ. this spring semester but its not going to happen :'( *le sigh*
