Congrats to those who received SIF's today and yesterday!!! :thumbs: :thumbs:

I think I just got off the phone with a new person at the NVC.

Me: "I was wondering if my DS230 package has been entered into the system yet."

Him: "Let me see. We received...umm...let me see...umm...we received a package on November 18th. Let me see..ummm...(then he fed me the line of please wait 20 days for review."

He also called my husband a girl. Which would be different if his name wasn't clearly a guy's name...

Teya-ji, that's why I call them buffoons :star:

Just got off the phone with a nice lady at the NVC. She told me that I got CC today :). But unfortunately they will not assign me December interview :(.

She said that in the the 2nd week of each month, NVC is scheduling the interviews of the next month.

Which means I should called them back in the 2nd week of December to check whether they assigned a January interview in the USEM or not.

Seems I was lucky to not to get any RFE but not lucky enough to get December interview.

Loto, is there anything else that I can do at this step?

VJ friends, I am sure that we will have lots of SIF and CC by the end of this week. Good luck.

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

Congrats all for their SIF. I am starting to wonder if indeed receiving the AOS and IV packages together will require a bit more time to process. I just called and the message is "NVC received your documents Nov. 16, please allow 6-8 weeks for processing..." If there was an RFE, do you think I would know by now?

Usually it take more than 12 days input computer.
