Yes. Lots of other documents. Following is a listing of what I sent in. My case was simple and straight-forward. You may need to include more items like military records if such applies to you.

Original or certified copies:

  • Bar-coded cover sheet
  • Cover letter
  • Two Passport-sized photographs of the beneficiary
  • Completed and signed form DS-230 Part 1, by the beneficiary
  • Completed and unsigned form DS-230 Part 2, by the beneficiary
  • Photocopy of the biographic data page of the beneficiary's passport
  • Original marriage certificate of the beneficiary and the petitioner
  • Original birth certificate of the beneficiary
  • Original police certificates (Police Station) of the beneficiary

Copies:

  • Photocopy of the biographic data page of the beneficiary's passport
  • Photocopy of the marriage certificate of the beneficiary and the petitioner
  • Photocopy of the birth certificate of the beneficiary
  • Photocopy of the police certificates (Police Station) of the beneficiary

Nov 5, 10 - Approved!! NOA 2 by email

NVC Received File - Nov recievd from uscis

Nov 16, 10 - Received Case# Called Nvc recording gave my NVC Number

Nov 17, 10 - Called NVC gave them my email and my wife email

Nov 17, 10 - Call NVC talked to person and got IIN.

Nov 18, 10 - I-864(AOS)12 fee ($88) Paid Payment IN process.

Nov 18, 10 - DS Forms Emailed Via Email for Electronic Processing recieved mail back did not take it

Nov 22, 10 - DS 3032 emailed got resoponse recieved it

Nov 22, 10 - AOS = sent via priority mail

Nov 22 , 10: IV Bill Invoiced

Nov 22 ,10 - paid IV online

Nov 24, 10 - IV= sent via priority mail

Dec 7, 10 - IV and AOS Recieved via AVR recording.

Dec 16. 10 - filled ds-260 online, as of operator said I needed and send sup doc via email.

??/??/????: Sign in Failed

??/??/????: AOS package review completed

??/??/????: IV package review completed

??/??/????: Case Completed

??/??/????: Consulate Interview Scheduled

For those still waiting for SIF, try logging in later during the day - maybe during the night.

I tried logging on this morning at home before heading to work & was able to - then I tried logging in at work & got the SIF.

07-20-2010: I-130 package mailed.

07-22-2010: I-130 Package Received - Priority Date.

07-29-2010: Received text & email from USCIS - Notice Date.

07-30-2010: Check Cashed by USCIS.

08-02-2010: Received NOA1 hard copy.

09-28-2010: Received text & email - petition approved.

10-04-2010: Received NOA2 hard copy.

10-13-2010: NVC Case# Received (after calling).

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

11/08/10 - AOS entered into NVC system

11/16/10 - AOS was reviewed and OK'ed

11/18/10 - IV entered into NVC system

11/24/10 - IV package was reviewed and generated artificial RFE for missing photographs (which was actually submitted with the package)

The AVRS still say "There is no record of your case #" :bonk:

I spoke to an operator & she told me that my case is going through final review & there should be getting an update by the end of the week. I will call again tomorrow after & Friday (if they are working).

Just got off the phone with a nice operator at NVC they are open on Friday....I'm glad they are cos then we are only set back by a day.

BTW, my AOS is currently been reviewed.

Wow, Nelly! You don't have SIF yet. Get the SIF first then you get CC. Usually it takes at least a day to get CC after SIF.
