So in all the hassle to get the AOS complete, I got an RFE. I guess I was too stressed about the contents of the petition to actually sign it

Boy do I feel stupid

Now that my husband is a citizen, we are preparting documents to apply to bring his parents here.

hi loto...

just got bz for paper works and also in preparing my brother's wedding.....

anyway...i will be having my medical by december maybe when i get my passport..

i had xray last week and it was fine,... i hope st.lukes will not goin to see anything...i also undergo sputum culture from our hospital coz im having a pleghm in the morning..(mybe bec. of my allergy)...i will be getting the result on friday...

Tabta, similar with me. I was so busy trying to get Sworn Affidavits, and a 230 with an original signature, I forgot :bonk: to send the passport type photos with the 230...

atst how are you doing?

ya ! that could be your IV package that was entered today coz it took 13 days for them to enter my IV package and yours seems to be 14 days today. So definitely it should be your IV package. You are not that far behind :D

atst, you are not alone - thekfc, Mehdi and me are also in the same boat - NVC AVRS "Case not found".

Keep in touch with the NVC operator to update the status.

the problem with NVC operator is, they say they cannot tell if AOS or IV were entered, just that they received mail. Technically NVC received mailed on 11/8. So I'm hoping that them finally acknowledging the receipt means they were entered in the system. They cannot even tell me which package or documents were "received". :angry:
