My IV is still not tied to the my NVC case number. FU. I hope it gets added on Monday. I want a CC soon. Why don't I ever get lucky? I mean every friggin' step of the way, it took the exact amount of time as expected. Never a lucky break. FML.

I was just going over my packet info that I received on Oct. 30 (I didn't even bother to look at it because I had already sent my IV and AOS). There is a part where it lists Name of Applicant, Name of Petitioner, NVC case number and Foreign State Chargeability.

Everything is normal except for the Foreign State Chargeability, which it lists as Jordan. My case number begins with JRS (which I assume is Jerusalem). Is it possible that they will schedule our interview in Jordan?

Listing Trips on DS-230

thanks, that helps alot...I think I'll just list my visits this month and last...I've included a note stating that we have been in a relationship for 5 years and live in close proximity to each other and that it is impossible to list every day. Also, sometimes I cross the border to shop or go to hockey games...it would be so tough to remember trips that I was there for a couple of hourse.

Don't feel too bad, IS...my IV package is not tied to my case yet either....the AVR is still spitting out the same "waiting for biographical data..." message...

Does the NVC website update to show wether it has put the AOS and IV package in the system? I dont think it does.

Also USPS tried to deliver the IV package today even when it was scheduled for a Monday Delivery. Tracking shows that they left a notice. Im hoping that they retry to deliver on Monday. Has this happened to anyone where the package was delivered on Saturday and redelivered on Monday?

10/26/10: NVC Case# received by calling AVR.

10/27/10: DS-3032 Emailed, no response.

10/28/10: Called NVC gave both Petitioners & Beneficiaries email and contact info

10/28/10: IIN Received, emailed DS-3032 using supervisor Sue, received response that agent can not be added at this time.

11/01/10: Emailed DS-3032 and have no response so far.

11/04/10: AOS Fee Invoiced and Paid. IV Fee Not Invoiced yet.

11/04/10: Re-emailed DS-3032.

11/04/10: Medical test given, if any issues will hear back or if its all good will be turned over to Emabassy.

11/05/10: Recieved AOS fee Paid confirmation and barode sheet.

Yes, KVP...it happened to me. I was concerned also so I called the 800 number on my tracking slip and was told that that's just a computerized scanning date - it's an erroneous message that the USPS puts on their website; if it's the weekend and the business is closed, they automatically deliver it on Monday.

Also, in answer to your first question, no. The NVC website does not show when, or even if, the packages were entered into the system.

You should contact NVC on Monday and clarify it.
