Hi, can someone please tell me what is in the instruction package from the Embassy? Its for a CR1 visa.

It is packet4 which contains:

1) Appointment Letter

2) Medical Details

3) All the required documents needed for the interview (which submitted at NVC)

Why is loading my IV package taking so long? It should be done in a week. But no. It's gotta take its sweet time. FU.

how long the Police Clearance Certificates (PCC) is valid for to be accepted ? the beneficiary consulate is Morocco . THANKS FOR YOUR HELP

Normally 1 year. But make sure with the Consulate, some might consider only 6 months or less too.

I glanced over a few recent timelines. IV seem to be taking 8 days to be in the system after reception by NVC. So today might be the day. But I won't know until tomorrow.

Congrats for the interview. Good luck. Looks like you can comfortably use your furlough left this year.

That (furlough and ticket availability & price) was the main reason I pushed everything so hard.

Now I have to call the agent to book the ticket, otherwise it may not be available for Dec in the last minute.

I just called NVC. I think I talked to the rudest person ever in NVC. Here I am calling him "sir" trying to be respectful and not too pushy. But he was being condescending. If only I wasn't in need of their services now, I would've probably tell them off. Or if they were my financial institution. I understand that they are under no impulse to baby me or show me any mor erespect. But for gay Pete's sake, just be a little friggin' professional. We aren't worthless sh**bags devoid of any appetite for some professionalism and, heaven forbid, some respect. This is not how government employee's should be behaving with the very citizens who they are supposed to be serving.
