I don't understand...didn't you get denied the expedite request? Or was that denial at the USCIS stage?

At USCIS level, expedite denied.

At NVC level, I asked for faster review and case close after the packages delivery, but those fellows without doing "final review", case closed and started forwarding to the Consulate.

Now the final review will be at the Consulate and Consulate will assign the interview date. I got an email from the Consulate today that in 2 to 3 business days, they will schedule the interview.

Only good part is we have gone through this process 2 years back. So, form filling, documents etc. are also same this time - triple checked everything :star:

But who knows at the end? Every officer is different! Rather I would say every day is different :star:

The denial of IR1 is very rare. AP is not denial - there are ways to get out of it!

hi GUYS...LOTO, TOMD and anyone who can help me;

i just called NVC...the operator said that our AOS looks fine...and they are already reviewing the ds230...BUT how come there's a mssing documents in our AOS and she said it looks fine...and she said that they emailed the cheklist letter on NOV 5...but we havn't recieved any emails...and then on nov 5 accding to AVR we have a missing documents and on NOV 8 AVR said the checklist letter response recieved on NOV 8 ( but we havn't response to anything..we havn't send any documents) im so confused....

If the operator said it is fine, why are you worried about it? Your AOS probably just wasn't in the system yet.

yes i am worried because she said the AOS is fine and she said thy are done reviewing it..the big question is we have RFE how come AOS is fine if we have a missing documents.????????????? and she said they already sent checklist letter on NOV 5 But where is the checklist letter we havn't recieve anything... and on NOV 8 AVR SAID they already recieved a CHECKLIST RESPONSE how's that happen we never sent any documents to them...

You can do that without the Interview letter?

St.Lukes allows this, but you need some paper from NVC that has NVC Case#.
