for 4 I was following the instructions on this site http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3197.html if u read the box on the right, after it tells me to fill out in CAPS, print etc then it gives an email address to send email in the .pdf Is that for countries who are allowed to do it electronically ? - I assume...

I do qualify of 864ez - but i will still check 864.

Correction: You don't email it in, I just read the directions again. And on step 5 it says 'unless'

If you read at the link carefully, you will see the email id NVCElectronic@state.gov.

These are for the people in 4 countries as of now - Canada, Mexico, China and one more.

Your beneficiary is from Pakistan and are not qualified for NVC Electronic Processing, same like my wife in India.

caliguy77, you didn't answer one question. Why do you include your aunt in the household size?

Its my mother not aunt sorry for the typo. And I am including her because I claimed her on the most recent tax year and the one prior. She lives with me - and the 864 instructions say that I have to include who ever I claimed as dependent in the last year of taxes.

She can download the form (may be few copies), sign it and mail back to you by express mail.

My girl sent todays package on the 3rd of November. It will take me another week to learn how to say in Chinese, " Original Fn Signature, Original Fn Signature, Original Fn Signature, and then 7 or 8 days to get the next package..........

I understand your point, Darnell. However, we, as October starters at the NVC, are at a different stage than the people just coming into the NVC in November. That's like saying that if you're a June I-130 filer, come July, you have to roll into the July filers thread and keep on rolling over into the next month's thread until you get approved.

IMO, this thread should remain active for those of us that started the NVC process in October. Most of us are on the same schedule and get encouragement from each other.

A suggestion - Since your case is now on expedite, it would be good if you put that in the time line so people understand that the time line is for expedite processing and don't confuse it with normal processing. That way you don't have to explain each and every time when someone asks.

I second Debby's opinion on this. Before we know, we will be in December and again we will be moving to a December thread meanwhile our NVC process would have moved just one baby step, doesn't make sense.

I don't understand...didn't you get denied the expedite request? Or was that denial at the USCIS stage?
