10/20/2010 - Beneficiary emailed DS3032 COA

10/28/2010 - called NVC, still no idea about the IIN and case status

10/30/2010 - received email with IIN and AOS payment instructions.

10/31/2010 - AOS fee payment; status : IN PROGRESS

11/01/2010 - Beneficiary emailed DS3032 COA again; with attached copy of signed barcoded COA.

11/01/2010 - Emailed lastname correction with Passport Biography page

What's up with the AVR? They still have no record of my case neither CIS nor NVC number. Now I am freaking out! :unsure: :unsure: :unsure: Does AVR work only after AOS is entered into the system? :bonk:

Have you been checking AVR since your case is at NVC and getting the same msg or it is just today? It is not true that AVR work only after AOS is entered in to the system. I also came to know of a case here in some thread that AVR was telling there's no record and that person was done with sending IV package. That's why I kept on saying "Expect anything and everything from USCIS or NVC" :D

My NVC Journey

10/12/10 –NVC received the file

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

11/06/10 - Received IV instructions packet (packet 3) via email

11/08/10 - AOS entered into NVC system

11/16/10 - AOS was reviewed and OK'ed

11/18/10 - IV entered into NVC system

11/24/10 - IV package was reviewed and generated artificial RFE for missing photographs (which was actually submitted with the package)

11/26/10 - RFE response mailed out

11/29/10 - RFE response delivered to NVC

12/08/10 - RFE response entered into NVC system

12/15/10 - SIF :)

12/15/10 - Case Complete :)

01/03/11 - Interview date assigned for Feb 15 @ 1:30 PM

01/17/11 - Medical done ! Passed

01/25/11 - Re-scheduled the interview for Feb 1 @ 1:00 PM

02/01/11 - Interview @ 1:00 PM - Approved :)

Thats' interesting atst. Loto had a similar issue with the name being wrongly entered in to their system and then corrected later. Remember him mentioning that his case was not to be seen in the AVRS too. May be both of you have something in common in that respect. :unsure:

I don't think AVR works only after AOS is entered as the message keeps changing periodically for most of us here. It is most probably a technical glitch at their end.

Did you try speaking to a live person at NVC to figure out what is wrong ? I wouldn't be surprised or shocked if they say "please wait 4 to 6 weeks for it to appear on the AVR system" :wacko:

My case is completed with "Case not found" in AVR.

Thekfc has also same issue - No case in AVR.

These type of unlucky persons need to contact the operator every day :star:

May be they really want guys like you, Loto and Thekfc to call them and talk to them and they want to avoid the rest of us by restricting us to the AVRS. :D

I don't think they had any problem pertaining to not being their case at AVR. Loto already mentioned few names of VJ members above who were in similar situation like you including Loto hiimself.

07-19-2021 - received message from NVC about case can not be processed unless all civil documents are submitted (was missing police clearance)

08-12-2021 - submitted police clearance certificate - which was last document submitted to NVC

11-05-2021 - Case completed at NVC - DQ

03-31-2022 - Interview letter received
