I think the fact they entered your AOS stuff in to the system and didn't hear anything negative so far, I would assume you don't have an RFE for it.

Now you're worrying me, Teya! I used I864EZ form. There was no #25. I used the exact same number from my Tax Return Transcripts on the form. But my salary went up this year. So the employee verification letter lists my current salary. #######! Now I'm worried. I don't want no stinking RFE.

I was trying to calculate a reasonable average days between IV being in the system and date sent. I keep coming up with 8 days. Let's wait 'till Friday and see what happens. I'm not going to call NVC until Friday night. I must resist the urge. I'm gettin' too attached to Patty over at NVC. Their phone announcer.

That is a fair estimate. Am thinking if you can wrap up your case say before the 15th of November, which seems more likely for you, your chances of getting a December interview are pretty good since the interviews are usually scheduled in the first 2 weeks of a month. Also, we are in the month begining and not the month end when things appear to slow down. That should work in your favor too.

Since we will lose 1 working day in November for Thanksgiving, I think it will have some effect on the overall processing time for people waiting after the 15th.

Yep, Loto. Good point. :)

November 11th is a Federal holiday and Government offices are closed. I believe, most of the employees at NVC are employed by contractors, but the supervisors are federal employees. So it is possible that the employees work but not the supervisors or may be since the supervisors aren't going to be there, the contractors will have a forced holiday too. It would be good to try calling NVC on Thursday and verifying first hand.

Looks like there is no need to second guess whether they will be closed or not on Nov 11th. They will be closed as per the below link,

So if someone was planing to call them Thursday, they can call tomorrow or wait till Friday.

What's up with the AVR? They still have no record of my case neither CIS nor NVC number. Now I am freaking out! :unsure: :unsure: :unsure: Does AVR work only after AOS is entered into the system? :bonk:
