Guys,

As promised, here is the detailed list that we are going to "back-load" the evidences as proof of relationship. Also, it includes some interview steps pertained to our local consulate.

If I omit anything in the list, please advise me to add it:

We don't have the real chat logs, we always talk over the phone.

We have few greeting cards, but I don't want to add them here.

We had medical insurance together, but I dumped it when it expired.

Other thing, we are going to add may be the joint property title in India.

Blah Blah Blah... The list below.

Loto,

A very exhaustive list indeed. :)

Some clarifications,

1) On the Notarized sworn affidavits, I had got one from my dad and one from her uncle for submission for I-130. Do we need to

have 4 affidavits (2 from each side) ?

2) As far as the phone calls log, I have all logs after marriage. I used Reliance during the courtship period and they (Reliance)

carry only 30 day call records and purge call logs older than 30. I guess the ones after marriage should be sufficient which is

almost 6 months of call logs.

3) I just added her to my auto policy and my 6 month premium went down by $29.00 (small but something :)). I am not sure how you print

proof of the newly added driver.

I think am good with the rest of the stuff.

Thanks

Very detailed Loto do they need to see all those does that was already produced to NVC at the interview again?

LADYDARE,

In fact we had most of them from the above list last time, but CO asked only the wedding album and her religious marriage certificate.

We didn't have religious marriage certificate to produce at the Consulate last time. They looked at my wife and told it is ok.

I think even though they don't look into fine detail, it is recommended to carry them.

Some clarifications,

1) On the Notarized sworn affidavits, I had got one from my dad and one from her uncle for submission for I-130. Do we need to

Two is enough. Since I have 4, I am including all of them.

2) As far as the phone calls log, I have all logs after marriage. I used Reliance during the courtship period and they (Reliance)

carry only 30 day call records and purge call logs older than 30. I guess the ones after marriage should be sufficient which is

almost 6 months of call logs.

I also use Reliance. When I printed it out today, I saw the monthly calls available since last Nov. So, I printed out since last Nov - itemized calls.

Also, she uses Asianet calls from there and trying to get itemized one from them over there.

3) I just added her to my auto policy and my 6 month premium went down by $29.00 (small but something :)). I am not sure how you print

proof of the newly added driver.

Yes for married people with additional driver over 26 years old, premium will come down while changing from single to married. Mine is Geico and it lists both our names in the insurance policy. Not on the card, but on the statement. That's enough.

I think am good with the rest of the stuff.

Thanks

Also, if you have any specific ones, that's not in the list, get them as well. I read in one post today, one person got denial letter due to the unavailability of the phone log.
