Calling NVC every day must be our routine plan :)

I am preparing a long list of documents for wifey to express mail today, that include extensive secondary evidences of the marriage, my documents, step by step guide for her to proceed for VFS, Medical and Interview :) I told her now my play is over, it's all yours. The reply was I don't know all these 'sh*t'. Please spoon feed me everything. But I am sure she will present the interview well herself.

Good part is she has never read 2 guides I created in VJ. May be her policy is "if one reads more, more will be confused" :D

Loto

That's what I did also Loto. I have done all I can now its all yours baby. So share my story with your wife so that she keeps her head in the game. Just in case. I though I had it all covered and when she got her new Passport she gave away an original marriage certificate and didn't replace it. I didn't even thing the Passport people would need one. Seems like Murphy is even involved it this...

In India, this agency validates the documents for the visa and deliver the visa stamped passport back to the applicant.

It may not be applicable to you.

My long list kills me and I don't think I can express mail it today :star:

If anybody is interested, I can share the document coversheet, so that you may use it to send to your beneficiary after you additions and/or deletions.

Loto

So your wife should visit both consulate and VFS you mean?

@Tom, Murphy's law is a good one :star: If anything bad happens, it will happen, no escape :) Look at Indigo - his bad was to replace the old carpet and he had no choice of escape. it happened ;)

Update your progress of visa too.

@Malvika, I am still half way through with this stupid document. I'll update sometime in the late evening. I prefer to do these things at office ;) More concentration here. At home, mostly sleeping, so not getting much time to do it :D

Yes, she will visit VFS and Consulate. One VFS office is very close to our home. Main purpose of VFS is to collect Rs.387 ($9) to return the passport.

HoustonApollo,

That may be true and you may bypass NVC without the translation, as per the NVC website.

But suppose one reviewer thinks this way - "I don't understand this document and what the heck is this?" Probably, I might ask officially to the sender. Then there is no issue, because sender will clarify it, later ;)

OK guys some good news to share (who ever is in the stage as me LISTEN UP :) ) I got two emails today that my DS3032 is accepted and its a reply from the the email my wife sent this past Saturday and way last week, as a result i am able to pay for the iV fee and i am waiting for that to clear. The AOS package i mailed out Saturday was received by NVC today and signed by: N Visa Center.

Ill bug NVC tomorrow to see if they have received it and what the status on the AOS.

@Julian, if you have received IIN and AOS fee email from NVC, invoices will be ready immediately. If you got IIN from the operator and your NVC Case# is recent, you need to wait 1 to 2 weeks.

@KVP, good luck with AOS and congrats for IV fee payment  After AOS delivery, it has taken (average) around 10 days for them to enter and then review. Keep calling them. Interview date is specific to the Consulate. So, I don't know the answer for UK Consulate.
