malvika- It is has been customary the last few months to hop from one month's thread in the NVC to the next when a new month starts. :thumbs: Whatever works for everyone is what leads the way things go though :):star:

Also b/c (I think) the "month" is the month you are currently in and not when you jumped in to the NVC pool :)

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

Does anyone have an idea of about how long after the NVC receives the IV and AOS packages it takes them to enter it into their systems? My lawyer sent them a week ago today by snail mail, so surely they are there. But every time I call them they say they have received nothing. It just makes me a bit nervy as to whether or not something happened to them in the mail...

Guys my IV fee bill still not showing as "Paid". I paid it last Saturday. I came across a VJ member who paid his/her IV bill on 11/01 and showed paid Yesterday 11/03. Don't understand what's goin on with NVC !!!

I myself didn't sleep too well last night - I was a little worried that the copied I sent my wife would not make it to her.

I sent my wife the copy of all the packages (USCIS, AOS & IV packages), along with a photobook & custom made x-mas cards. I mailed them via USPS Express mail (I didn't use Fedex as we have enough time before the interview is schedule).

Yesterday I did a tracking & it showed "attempted delivery". My wife was home all day yesterday, as well as her sisters, her mother, her nieces & nephews & she told me that no one came to deliver a package.

A few people have told me about the "attempted delivery" scenerio - X-mas season & heavy package (mine was 5 lbs) sometimes do not make it to their destination. Thankfully the package was delivered today - it turns out that the mailman didn't deliver any mail to her neighborhood yesterday - someone saw him hanging out when he is suppose to be delivering mail :whistle:

I was so stressed last night that I woke up at 3am, took a shower, got dress for work & went back to sleep in my work clothes. :bonk:

Guys my IV fee bill still not showing as "Paid". I paid it last Saturday. I came across a VJ member who paid his/her IV bill on 11/01 and showed paid Yesterday 11/03. Don't understand what's goin on with NVC !!!

ROC Timeline:

2013-01-22 : I-751 packet sent by USPS express mail

2013-01-23 : Packet received at USCIS

2013-01-24 : I-751 Notice date

2013-01-24 : Check Cashed

2013-02-06 : FP notice received (FP date: 02/22/2013)
