10/12/10 –NVC received the file

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

11/04/10 - IV fee bill status shown as "paid"

11/04/10 - Sent IV package (next day delivery)

Another NVC fail...got an email stating we can go ahead and fill in the DS-230, even though they received everything last Monday. We got a barcoded cover sheet, is it alright that we used the one from the Online Payment site oppsed to this one? I'm assuming it is, but just double checking.

Also, we can still sign in and I called the AVR last night and the last update they have is that they received our payments.

Met in 2004 at a Dave Matthews Band concert, started dating November 2005, engaged February 2009 and married November 14, 2009. Together in the US on March 19th 2011

SAME thing for me...AVR's last update they have is that they received our payments. It's ok that you used the bar coded sheet from the NVC portal....it's the same thing.

Loto - My SIF/CC will take a while because i still have to wait for a checklist for the darn Passport office PCC. Hoping that they take a look at the letter i wrote and just give me a checklist to provide it at the interview.

AVR says they received documents on November 1st. So i am assuming I should get a checklist by next week. What do you think?

Update from my side after talking to NVC live machine just now - All my packages (AOS and IV and a "thrid one" too) have to put in NVC case file to forward to the Consulate. They don't have exact date when it will be done.

"Third one" - even they don't know what it is. I suspect it would be my DOB correction package. Those are the only 3 packages I mailed to NVC.

JD, after they receive your document, they have to review it. During the review phase, they will generate the checklist and provide to you. I think you will hear it sometime next week.

Re: Ahamedabad PCC - I wish you best of luck to produce it to the Consulate. If NVC asks to provide it to them, it is some more delay.
