What is the point in sending an employment letter if you can show recent pay stubs? I don't want to get my employer involved in my process at all.

Also, I called NVC yesterday (2 weeks after my NOA2 date) and they said they didn't have a case number for me yet. They also quoted me 6 weeks. But, I believe that's just to get the dogs off their backs.

I'm going to visit my husband in 2 weeks. I'm going to have him sign everything then, and bring it back with me. He lives in a part of the country where it takes an additional week or so for mail to reach him. So, I don't want to bother when I live on the east coast, so, I can get something mailed today which will arrive tomorrow in New Hampshire.

The point is you don't have to...everyone here will customise according to what they feel they need, in the end you want that financial packet to work for your case...the good news is you can include or exclude!!! life is great...

Call NVC to get your number...by the way give them your emails as well, it will go faster for you..Also go to wiki (on top) and read all about NVC process..it will help you understand the process much better...good luck...

If you have enough stress-free cells left- call, talk to a HumanTM and ask them to verify the e-mails - just to be sure they wrote them down correctly...

JD, cheer up a little bit! Just keep reminding urself that ur out of the USCIS and the loooooooooooong wait is over! Patience is a virtue! ;) At least that's what they say...

Btw, it takes 3-5 days to receive the AOS bill as of recent VJ members info...

Yup that's what i m hoping for right now. Hopefully by Friday. I already sent in an email version f DS3032, so hopefully that will be accepted around the same time. Lets wait and see what happens.

IIRC, the employment letter is optional.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

I don't get paystabs. I have direct deposit. My paystabs are pdf files. Can I just print last 6 month's paystab on regular paper and call this cat slain? Or would you recommand print this on my companies official letterhead? I already have have proof of employment letter which basically states my position, start date, salary, and wage frequency.
