Thanks to all for the Best Wishes. She has been at the Embassy for 2 hrs now but I have not heard anything. They dont let them bring in Cell Phones so she will have to call me once she is totally finished and her brother picks her up.. That poor guy just has to sit and wait out side and find something to do. :bonk:

I just finished washing and waxing her car. Well the one (95 Camry) I am going to give her. I did this just to keep my mind off what might be going on. I figure she will most likely wreck it within the first yr so I will wait till then to buy a new one. :lol::yes:

I will most definitely shout out when I get any news. Might even dance..

I did call and they said they received it but haven't looked at it yet. They just received it today. So they said 2-4 weeks and I know i should be getting a checklist for the PCC. So no interview for another 4-6 weeks after checklist. So either Jan end or Feb.

Any word on Jesal I havent heard from him in a while. I know he went to India but though he would have gotten on line by now.

Jesal is enjoying his time with his wife. He should be getting an interview soon if not this month next month.

Normally, CO will return it. There are very few cases (one is Bob G - VJ member) where they didn't. So, if they forget to return it, just remind them at the end of the interview.

hi guys...LOTOFPATIENCE and TOMD..i would like to ask some question i hope u guys can help me...do u think it might delay my case?? i send ds230 oct 19 and NVC reciv it oct 22 and enter to their system oct 26 but in that package we dont include my NBI on the other day oct 25 we again send a copy of my NBI together with the barcoded coversheet and they reciv it oct 28 as i track it to USPS as i called NVC everyday to inquire about my NBI the only thing that they said is we reciv ur package oct 26 and it is under review pls wait for 2-3 weeks...im confused with my NBI if they have it already and mybe it might cause some delay for my papers..what u think guys?? thaks so much...

Since it is another package for them, they need to review it as well. There could be a slight delay involved, IMO.

While I don't really fall in this category, I have been following this forum since we received the NOA2 for my inlaws. I have gotten so much useful information here. Thanks for that. I do have a question. I am just waiting for my paid status to send off IV package. I just realized that I do nto have the original or the certified copy of military service, I only have a copy. Here is my question, if I send the package with the copy will I automatically get an RFE. Would it be better to send it like I have it and send the original in a week when I receive it? or to wait and send it ALL together? Is it possible that they would just ask for the original to be taken to the interview in Juarez?
