IMO, A binder clip may be good.

I used a large paper-clip...I think anything is ok as long as it's secure, right?

Guys Just a update: Called NVC today they told me probably still a week to go before i can pay the the AOS and IV fees since my file was accepted on 10-26. I had actually called to to ask how long of a validity they would accept for a UK Police report and the agent told me a year. Also he told me that the medical can only be scheduled after the interview has been set , my wife is scheduled to get her medical this Thursday. She's going to call them up tomorrow and verify if it can be fore her interview date or not.

Besides that i have kinda lost the notion that she will be here for Christmas and kinda bummed about that, but like my wife says all good things happen in time.

I stapled mine to a separate piece of paper. Then I used a binder clip to put the total package together. Also remember to put the persons name date of birth and NVC # on the back of each photo in pencil.

I called NVC office today, got my NVC case # and lady over the phone told me I should receive choice of agent via email within a week. So shall I email DS-3032 form now or should I wait for their response because some people suggesting me do it now and some ppl says wait. I wanna know from the experienced person who already went through this process.

Any suggestion LOTO or Kruz ????

Register both email ids first with your Case file. Then shoot a DS-3032 now.

I am about in the same position as KVPandPKP with the DS-3032. I have sent a few email applications and one hard copy, called three times but still nothing yet. Still not quite a week so here's hoping

Ok, everything all set to go at last. Final question: since I am sending both AOS and IV in one Express Mail packet (unless anyone thinks this is a bad idea - Loto?) should I send to "National Visa Center Attn. CMR AOS" as on the AOS cover page, or to "National Visa Center Attn. CMR" as on the IV cover page? I'm thinking the latter?

i'm trying to use pencil but u can barely see it :-( I dont want to push too hard cuz it might ruin the photo. has anyone else used pen to write on the back of passport photos without a problem? or can i use a post it or something?
