Too be completely truthful, I think we milked the Supervisor Sue cow for all it was worth. Now it's high and dry and useless. Sue probably got annoyed and told NVC's IT department to add a new rule in her inbox and filter these emails back to the normal queue or something.

I don't think so. Worked for me yesterday, tho it took close to 12 hours. I think their email system is just really messed up. I actually send that email about 3 times over the course of 18 hours....

Thanks IS, I doubt there is a Supervisor Sue in real. It is like addressing to a Supervisor John in an Organization and am sure there are multiple Johns in supervisory positions.

Awesome. Congrats. Looks like SIF to interview is about 2 weeks to 4 weeks. I'm still getting good feelings about a December interview. But then again, the whole last week of December is waste due to holidays around the world.

Guys and gals, be sure to read your embassy's website. They have a treasure-trove of information. Sometimes they are buried way deep in the pile. Like some embassy will allow you to check the status of case. But it's not an online form. You gotta download a pdf and you can see all the cases current pending at that embassy. You find your. Sometimes, they publish the interview list. So you can see if you are scheduled for intererview.

Too late. But I asked the lady who for her supervisor's name. I only wanted a name. She said her supervisor is Sue. Supervisor Sue isn't probably a person. But some sort of code or something.

so we finally got our emails!! i had my hubby sign and scan the barcoded ds 3032 from the kit with attn supervisor sue so hopefully this one goes through!! hope to be able to pay the IV bill today. wish us luck :-)

Lol! I just got the DS3032 kit now. Haha. Not only am I done with DS3032 long ago, but I'm already done with AOS. And IV. Haha! Silly NVC.

I'm going to go ahead and ignore this, right? Since my DS3032 was already emailed and entered and accepted. Loto? Darnell?

You're good Indigo. The kit is just some instructions and the form so not much of a kit. Looks like they are running behind the curve a little. But your on track...

Spoke to NVC again and asked them about the Supervisor Sue. I believe SUE is a major supervisor and under her work several supervisors and at anytime a person may have different supervisors depending on the shift they work.

She also told me if you haven't received an auto response email within 15 to 24 hr period, it means that they haven't received the D 3032 email.

we both received the emails; in fact we got two but I think that's because the first was for me and had AOS instructions & ds3032 and they just got my packet today and saw i did that already. And the second email was emailed to my hubby with 230 & 3032 instructions and i was cc'd on it. Now we're just waiting for them to accept the 3032...
