Just wait 1 or 2 days, it will work. Also, check the payment portal too periodically. It looks like they have severe backlog entering everybody's case into the system.

AOS package will not be rejected.

Loto

Yes Loto, It also seems to me that NVC has very severe backlog, but at the same time I also wonder didn't they already enter my case in to the system if my AOS fee bill was available there to pay?

Anyway, I will wait another couples of days for IV fee bill to become available. I have been checking Payment portal system all day and all night long :D

Thanks !

The SUE option didn't work for me too. Am thinking the SPAM filters at NVC have now become smarter to filter out the ones with SUE in the subject. We just need to keep checking the payment portal I guess and may be send another email.

Just spoke to someone in NVC, She said they receive around 100,000 emails a day (really ? :o ) and it takes sometime for someone to get to the email. She also acknowledged that my AOS feel bill was invoiced yesterday and PAID. As per the online system, it seemed to have been invoiced the day before.

Verne Blaise,

You might want to wait a little longer before you send more emails. Apparently from the different posts here, no one has received an email in the last couple of days and there could possibly be an email issue at their end. Wait for a few days and keep checking the online portal.

Acknowledgment works for some, but more recently it hasn't worked for many. Patience is the key here I guess.

Hang in there and take a few deep breaths :)

Ok, an update on how things worked out for me, that might help some one coming down the line. You might recall the problems I had a couple days back. What a stressful couple of days. Yikes, anyway, it's resolved.

Someone upthread asked what this means: "The NVC is unable to add agent contact information to the case record at this time. Please continue to notify the NVC if your address changes."

From what I have been able to glean from calling NVC constantly and talking to reps there, the issue was that the system cannot accept the choice of agent form until the DS-3032 package has been *generated*. and *supposedly* emailed. As you know, NVC's email system leaves a lot to be desired. You may never actually get that email.

If you get that 'unable to add agent' email, call NVC and tell them that you got it, and that you never received the DS-3032 package. They will attach a note to your file to have a supervisor generate the package, as they did with me. I *did* have to call them 3 times to get it done. I did get the package, and resubmitted to supervisor sue again. Took about 12 hours, but I got the acceptance email, got invoiced, and paid it last night.

I hope this helps someone. Don't panic as I did, just call and insist they send you that they email you the DS-3032 package.

I ended up following up with a scanned copy with the barcode cut and pasted (glue sticked) to the one my wife had signed, but I don't think it was necessary.

oh..ok. May be am the only one who has not received a reply. Can you tell me how your subject line was formatted for the SUE email.

Here's the format I used. Got a reply in 7 hours and 18 minutes.

ATTN: SUPERVISOR SUE; NVC Case EEEYYYYDDDSSS; Beneficiary: FIRST_NAME MIDDLE_NAME LAST_NAME; DATE OF BIRTH: MONTH_NAME DD, YYYY.

Too be completely truthful, I think we milked the Supervisor Sue cow for all it was worth. Now it's high and dry and useless. Sue probably got annoyed and told NVC's IT department to add a new rule in her inbox and filter these emails back to the normal queue or something.

Edit:

I'm on phone with NVC. Anyone have any generic question that needs answering that I can ask NVC while I'm connected with them? Let me know within the next 5 minutes or so.
