It seems like Sue tips didn't work for me :(

I got an email reply for my Sue tip DS-3032 that I sent to NVC this afternoon. The reply is as follows:-

I wonder why they don't accept DS-3032 when my case file is already created and I have already sent my AOS package. So what will happen with my AOS package? Are they gonna return it to me? crying.gif

10/12/10 –NVC received the file

10/15/10 -NVC case # generated

10/18/10 -Called NVC and gave both beneficiary and petitioner email addresses

10/19/10 - Beneficiary emailed DS-3032 to NVC and also mailed the hard copy

10/26/10 - Called NVC and got the IIN

10/26/10 - Paid AOS fee $ 88.00

10/27/10 - AOS fee status shows "PAID"

10/27/10 - AOS package expressed mailed (next day delivery)

10/30/10 - IV fee bill generated and paid immediately

10/30/10 - Received AOS fee bill and DS-3032 kit and also received the confirmation of receipt of DS-3032

NVC received my case on 10/18, I called on 10/20 to provide email address. But still haven't received IIN or 3032. Saw some people get email from NVC just a few days after NVC# obtained. Feeling depressed..

Just wait 1 or 2 days, it will work. Also, check the payment portal too periodically. It looks like they have severe backlog entering everybody's case into the system.

AOS package will not be rejected.

Your case is relatively recent. In a week's time you will hear the good news.

Just spoke to my wife. It turns out FedEX doesn't close on weekend in Bangladesh. She's signing the DS230 in a little bit. Then she'll ship everything I require for IV today. So I'l get this stuff by Monday. InshaAllah. Then I can have it all shipped out by Tuesday. NVC gets them by Wednesday. I may still get a SIF by 11/10/2010. Maybe I'll get a interview in 2010. But I'm a sad pessimist. So it probably won't happen. I never get this lucky.

A little update- AOS Fee is paid and receipt printed smile.gif

On Monday my husband (beneficiary) will travel to Greece to get his Police Certificate if we get the email with the instructions from NVC...this may delay things a bithuh.gif He tried to get it previously but the Greek Authorities would not release it to him without the letter from NVC. The printout with required documents was not sufficient. They want the official letter from NVC.

I was wondering if the Police Certificate from Greece needs to be translated in Romanian and English since his interview will be in Romania!!! I will call NVC tomorrow to ask them but I though someone here might know the answer. I forgot to ask them today when I called. UGH

I'm pretty sure it only has to be translated in English... :unsure: You can double secure urself with a translation in Romanian too (if you have the time and $$ to spend), but the best thing really would be to call the USEM and ask them! :thumbs: Good luck!

How do I check to see if AOS has been accepted, as in entered into the system over at NVC? NVC received my AOS package yesterday. How long will it take from them to enter it into the system? Since I'm using the I864EZ form, I'm hoping it will be a quick one.

Time to peruse Loto's guide again. Maybe I can figure it out myself.

Time to peruse Loto's guide again. Maybe I can figure it out myself.

Usually it take about 4-6 days to add the dox to ur file and you'll hear it in the AVR right away.. :)
