I never received any emails from NVC. The only one I received was them telling me my DS3032 has been accepted. They never emailed me telling me to send them the DS3032. Needless to say, I didn't get any DS3032 kit.

Usually, if no 'ds-3032 kit' then no AOS FEE BILL in email, either.

Somethings really screwy. But it's ok - yer gonna press on, regardless.

Your DS3032 has been accepted. You should get your AOS and IV bill within a few hours. You may not get an email. So keep checking the payment portal every so often.

But why do you say it means it's been accepted (ds 3032)? Did you get this response too?? OMG I'm in need of some good news today, got pulled over in the carpool lane cuz I lost track of time and was 15 min passed the carpool start and got a $400 ticket on top of other sh*?! It's one of those days where you go F*?! you, F*?! you, you're cool, and F*?! you!! Peace I'm out

Cool. Yea..the advice part holds true for Loto too. He just got his knowledge by reading a lot, he isn't a lawyer or been trained in this process. It is common sense plus research n reading that helps you give constructive suggestions or re-assure people who are frustrated.

That disclaimer part applies for anyone who helps. So just do what you think is right and leave the rest to God and the individual taking ur advice

Oh - I'll go one step further, and suggest to you that Lotto knows much more about this process because, like me, he's gone through this USCIS/NVC silliness before, for a prior petition. He (like me) knows about 'that embassy', because he's had paperwork slung to there, before, for a prior petition.

Plus, he's just as ####### as I am, about 'getting it right', when it comes to paperwork.

I'll even suggest to you that it really isn't common sense research, but instead - very POINTED research covering all the bits necessary, that'd never arise using 'common sense research' techniques. Loto's got it nailed, and it shows.

Oh yes. I'm pressing on. AOS fee is paid and AOS package is already at NVC. IV fee is already PAID. Will ship IV package next week.

Sorry for your sh***y day. But good news is that your choice of agent, DS3032, has been accepted. I got the same email. And 30 minutes later, IV fee was ready to be paid. By the way, by then AOS fee was paid accepted. See my timeline below. You got some good news now.

guess we just have to wait until they click send with those emails...I sent all versions of ds 3032: hard copy, email, scan&email, but they arent going to do anything for us until we get that email with the aos bill and ds3032 info from them This really sucks and i hope that they send us an email soon so we can hurry up with the process! i would still just keep checkin the payment portal and if that IV bill is ready PAY IT! it's an obvious acceptance of a 3032 according to what i read here. good luck!!

I also just called and got through with an operator at NVC and he gave me the dreaded 4-6 weeks and said there's no way of rushing it...i really hope we dont have to wait that long...it's hard seeing others get it sooner (no offense to anyone) when you're in the exact same process and hoping for the exact same speedy completion that makes us a step closer to being where we belong- with our spouses &/our family!! This is so crazy to me all the politics paperwork and time going into all this for something that should just be...i hope that in the future they speed this process up or make it go by smoother and more efficiently. anyways enough with my rant and onto my day...hope we all get to our next steps soon

I called about this because we got the same response. and was on the phone for quiet a while. She said that she was submitting a request to her supervisor because since I have already paid the AOS fees the DS-3032 should have already been generated. They said it takes 10-15 days for supervisor review and to wait it out.
