Guys. My mom is really ill. She had high blood pressure yesterday so we took her to ER. They gave some tests and one medicine and discharged her. But since today morning, her blood pressure went up and she has partial paralysis on her right side. She can barely move her right arm and her right leg. She can't walk on her own. So we took her to ER again today. We've been there since early morning. They'll keep her there for at least until tomorrow. I came home to eat something and use the bathroom. I'm going back now. Please keep my mom in your thoughts and prayers.

Congrats to everyone, especially Debby on your interview date. And good luck to everyone else.

*sigh* it was a real RFE, my husband called and they said we got RFE'd for question 30 only on IV package, and that there must've been a gap or something!..... I assured him everything is right, and he saw for himself,so he called again and they basically had a problem with the date i wrote, i should've written the date i turned 16, till present, not since when i lived there ....... i can't believe this, i'll try to mail my husband a new one tomorrow, hopefully we'd get out of NVC by the end of December :/ :bonk:

hmmm...

What is considered date gap in DS-230? Is the following considered gap?

Address1 05-2005 Present

Address2 01-2001 04-2005

Or it has to be the following

Address1 05-2005 Present

Address2 01-2001 05-2005

Guys,

I've been so busy today at work.

my update:-

I called NVC this afternoon and spoke with an operator about that email that I received on 12/04 which was requesting some kind of amended forms. I had requested NVC to upgrade my case after I became US citizen on 11/19.

The operator told me that I don't need to send anything except photoraphs(which NVC was missing), they are just waiting for my photographs. I repeatedly told her that I received an email from NVC requesting some amended forms, what do I need to send. She again told me that I just need to send the photographs then I asked her to transfer me to a supervisor. A very nice supervisor Mr. Ethan came to the line saying "Good Afternoon, how can I help you". I told him the same story about the email, he also confirmed that only thing they are missing is beneficiary's photographs for IV package. I asked him once I become US citizen afer I had already submitted AOS and IV package do I need to send updated one again? He then told me NO and just to disregard that email which I had received on 12/04. Finally he told me once they receive my photographs they will be able to close my case.

I am glad that I didn't have to send anything again.

Thanks.
