Also, I spoke to a lovely NVC operator. We had a nice chat. According to her, once NVC receives your package it takes about 20 business days for it to be reviewed. She was giving me her opinion. In truth, it takes about 8 or days. But the best piece of info I got from her is that NVC is getting somewhat less busier in recent days. I don't know the truth to that statement. But I tend to believe women with sexy voice and she had a pretty amicable voice. I didn't get her name but I will call her Willa. I hope Willa has as much of a sexy body as her voice. I have an intense urge to buy Willa red umbrella with word JUICY written in red on top of it in Helventica font. But fortune doesn't allow such events for I don't know where she lives and how to get in touch with her.

i just spoke to an NVC rep, the missing documents was my DS-230, which was entered in the system today. :)i am glad i am almost done hopefully no RFE, good luck to all of us.

Can you please post your timeline in your signature of your milestone dates? It's really helpful for the rest of us to see that when we are trying to estimate our own progress.

I'm thinking by 24-NOV-2010. It might get put off 'till next since you did get an RFE and there's Thanksgiving this week. In any case, you're only days away from SIF. Not weeks.

Oh I forgot to mentioned that my AOS was reviewed and there are no errors. No RFE. Everything is perfect. So for people who are going to do their AOS package in future, following are the things I sent for AOS package.

• Bar-coded cover sheet.
• Cover letter.
• Completed and signed form I-864EZ.
• IRS tax transcripts for the year 2009, 2008 and 2007.
• IRS tax account transcripts for the year 2009, 2008 and 2007.
• Tax return for 2009 with W2, 1099DIV, 1099INT, etc.
• Proof of employment letter.
• Pay-stubs for the entire year 2010.
• Copy of the petitioner's U.S Passport.

I talked to a nice NVC lady. I named her Willa. I wrote about her a few post back. She told me AOS was reviewed. No error. No RFE. AVRS doesn't tell you this much detail.

From the NVC TRACKER spreadsheet, NVC hasn't scanned your AOS or IV yet. I predict those will be in by 03/12/2010. Then-after, in 8 or so days you should SIF. So SIF by 11-DEC-2010. I'm assuming you didn't miss anything on your packages and you are not going to get a RFE.
