@ malvika& others in our boat:

guess we just have to wait until they click send with those emails...I sent all versions of ds 3032: hard copy, email, scan&email, but they arent going to do anything for us until we get that email with the aos bill and ds3032 info from them :angry: This really sucks and i hope that they send us an email soon so we can hurry up with the process! i would still just keep checkin the payment portal and if that IV bill is ready PAY IT! it's an obvious acceptance of a 3032 according to what i read here. good luck!!

I also just called and got through with an operator at NVC and he gave me the dreaded 4-6 weeks and said there's no way of rushing it...i really hope we dont have to wait that long...it's hard seeing others get it sooner (no offense to anyone) when you're in the exact same process and hoping for the exact same speedy completion that makes us a step closer to being where we belong- with our spouses &/our family!! This is so crazy to me all the politics paperwork and time going into all this for something that should just be...i hope that in the future they speed this process up or make it go by smoother and more efficiently. anyways enough with my rant and onto my day...hope we all get to our next steps soon :)

NVC and their freakin' responses. Sir, the emails will go out shortly and you will get it within 6 to 8 weeks....blab blah BS.

NVC can train a bunch of parrots and have them repeat this Sh** instead of paying our fee money to these Duesche bags. :devil:

Imagine operating at work where you send an email and you have to wait 6 to 8 weeks before it gets delivered. Only Governement agencies can afford to say ####### like this.

Well after much reading and assistance from members as I stand now I have my case number and INN number. On-line billing still shows no invoice. Just waiting for now.

ROC Timeline:

2013-01-22 : I-751 packet sent by USPS express mail

2013-01-23 : Packet received at USCIS

2013-01-24 : I-751 Notice date

2013-01-24 : Check Cashed

2013-02-06 : FP notice received (FP date: 02/22/2013)

Once the AOS fee status shows PAID, the button (Print and Email Barcode sheet) below of that screen will enable. Print the barcode sheet, include it in the package and mail to NVC at the address specified on the barcode sheet.

Hi,

Just called NVC and got the IIN#, i don't want to wait for an email from them so i just logged in and paid the invoice, i am going to send the AOS package the minute the invoice is paid online.

Am I going jumping the gun here? any advice.....

Looks like a lot of us are waiting for the emails. It is possible that their freakin' mail server is down or clogged up like a stinking sewer. Lets all wait till they clean that ditch !

We didn't get auto response either

Phew! AOS package delivered to the right address and on time. I was a bit worried because I hand-wrote the address. I write cursive and my hand-writing has been called John Hancock-y. Glad to see USPS could read my writing and delivered it to the right address and it's been signed in my N VISA CENTER like everyone else's.

You should see my handwriting :D

What I did was attach a typed/printed mailing label next to the Express mail label so if they couldn't make out my handwriting - then they can read the printed label.

I usually attach a printed label to every piece of mail that I am required to hand write the address (express mail, etc).

My AOS package was also delivered today at the same time as everybody else.

Waiting for the IV bill to show as PAID.

07-20-2010: I-130 package mailed.

07-22-2010: I-130 Package Received - Priority Date.

07-29-2010: Received text & email from USCIS - Notice Date.

07-30-2010: Check Cashed by USCIS.

So just check the portal payment to see if your IV bill was generated & if it is - pay it.

On a side note - the FedEx operator told me the package will be delivered today! :dance: tho on the website it still says "clearance in progress"... Hopefully they get it today so hubby can call tomorrow, play dumb and ask WASSUP with my wifey's case! :D:whistle:

@Fatima As far as I understand and did myself it's totally okay to pay any of the bills once they show as ready and send the packet(s) in. I haven't and a lot of others here haven't received an email with the 3032 kit and bill instructions; yet were still able to pay the AOS bill online once you get your IIN; and once paid send that packet priority!!

You do have to wait for them to email that kit before attempting to hurry the acceptance of the ds 3032. That's jumping the gun since they're waiting on this one little thing for our cases to be marked as 'ready' for it. Balls in their court, but we're all like: 'Freaking pass it already!!! We're ready to finish the game eh!!!'... Well, that's how i feel about it in a nutshell :devil:

BTW has anyone been able to pay IV bill here without receiving these emails?? Just curious...

If any of the fees have been generated - pay them. After their status have changed to PAID- the option to print the cover sheet will be enabled so print the cover sheet, then attach the cover sheet to the front of the "PAID" package & mail it off to the address on the cover sheet.

It is called being proactive & nor reactive.

Debby, You mean no email notification (Please don't confuse with NVC email notification. This is some chit chat guys :D ).

If yes, please turn off all notifications under your user settings -> Notification
