I don't get paystabs. I have direct deposit. My paystabs are pdf files. Can I just print last 6 month's paystab on regular paper and call this cat slain? Or would you recommand print this on my companies official letterhead? I already have have proof of employment letter which basically states my position, start date, salary, and wage frequency.

Yup, print em out on regular paper.

The HR lady gave me the proof letter. She added a lot of ####### about the company and how its owned by this and that and #######. I freaking gave her a simple and clean letter to just sign. Should keep her letter with 4 paragraphs that are basically lifted from Dow Jone's site or should I insist that she sign my simple letter.

"0" U already included ur spouse in Line 1. So leave it at "0"

seems like u are using I-864 Form which does not Expire 10/31/10 so

IMO, you should not count any body twice so enter zero (0).

Indigo, This I-864 form is a generic one. If you sponsor a parent, then only Spouse field value 1 makes sense. If the spouse is the beneficiary, it will be "0" as he/she is already included in the count.

I have always wished USCIS to modify this form to handle the household count properly, if the spouse is the beneficiary.

I agree with you but at line 16 it does say not to count anyone twice and they make these forms for many people with different situation. as you counted your spouse already 0 would be appropriate. So your delusion of this place being better then USCIS is shattered? :bonk::rofl: I dont think it matters with regards to your employment letter as long as its on appropriate letter head, states your current status and has HR contact numbers and name...Fair sailing...

Hello to all in this forum. From now I am +1 member to this forum from today.

Please I have a question. My I 130 got approve yesterday. I was estimating August 30th for NOA2 hence had the applicant sign DS 3032 with date 8/15/2010 and DS 230 with date 8/30/2010. My question now is, if the times comes that NVC need above documents, can the dates be a problem?

Any help will be kindly appreciated.
