LOL!! Read it wrong. Nevermind. Anyway, my case might take longer caz of the stupid passport office PCC. lets see if they give it to me just based on the IV Bill paid barcode sheet. Whenever that comes.

Oh, you're that special "Gujju" group for PCC :star:

Our NVC documents are in transit, it is in Hong Kong (Hope Darnell wouldn't stop this carrier in China!) right now as per DHL. Local police station PCC came in 2 days and PP office PCC came in 1 day, based on I-130 receipt notice scanned copy.

Guys - Question for everyone. How long does it take to get the AOS Bill (IIN#)? Just wanted to know approximately.

Senior got (one PDF as an attachment from NVC) his next day around 11PM Eastern Time after giving them petitioner's & beneficiary's e-mail addresses. So based on this, I would say you should have received it today, there still about 3 hours to go. If not then plz call NVC tomorrow.

-NOA 1 Receipt date: 3/1/10 (sent 2/18/10)

-Touched 4 different times in between

-APPROVED: 6/2/10

93 days from NOA1 to NOA2

-Received NVC case number: 6/9/10/10

-Gave NVC my e-mail address & e-mailed DS3032: 6/10/10

-Received NVC e-mails (DS3032 and AOS Fee)& paid AOS fee: 6/11/10

-AOS Fee shows as PAID & paid IV Bill: 6/15/10

-IV Bill shows as paid: 6/6/10

-Received IV instruction packet: 6/8/10

-Received dox from co-sponsor: 10/14/15/10

-Sent AOS package: 10/18/10

-AOS package received: 10/19/10-J.Desmond

-IV Package mailed out: 11/3/10

-AVR says I have an RFE: 11/5/10

-NVC operator told me what my RFE's are: 11/8/10

-NVC sent checklist letter (for the 2 AOS RFE's): 11/13/10

-declaration of self-employment of mine

am I missing something? yes paystubs!!! what do you guys think? and for those who sent the package and got their case completed, did anyone not include paystubs and not received an RFE? please enlighten me guys, Im worried abit about this..

For yourself, you can send transcripts or taxes no need to send the two..if you send taxes send w2

My co sponsor sent no pay stubs but she did give me a letter of employment... so paystubs are not mandatory ok?

Also we only sent taxes for 2009 NO other years...I kept it simple

I have a list of what I sent I will PM you it

This are the documents I sent to NVC..all cases are not the same but I am sure it may help someone (i hope) Also be neat and put documents in order of the cover letter with list of documents

DS-230

Cover sheet with barcode from NVC

  • Cover letter with list of documents included
    Form DS230 part 1 signed by spouse
  • Form DS230 part 2 unsigned
  • two pictures with all info in back of them
  • biographic page of his passport
  • birth cerificate translated plus copy
  • marriage certificate translated plus copy
  • background certificate translated plus copy

I-864 For ME

  • Cover letter
  • Cover sheet from NVC
  • I-864 completed and signed by me
  • Tax transcript for 2009 with W2
  • paystubs for the last 8 months
  • employment letter
  • Divorce decree with child support order (signed by judge)
  • Stipulation of divorce agreement (tab on bottom on section pertaining to child support) signed by judge
  • Check images from my bank account for child support payment (last 6 months)
  • copy of us passport (probably did not need since I-130 has proof of citizenship

I-864 my joint sponsor (Just in case child support is not going to be considered)

  • Form I-864 completed and signed
  • 2009 tax returns
  • W2
  • employment letter

Also I did not include tax info on the previous years ONLY FOR 2009
