I have a 2 general questions about filling out the I-129.

Question 1. on page 4 of the instructions it states.

"You must submit the documents required in Items 1, 2 and 4 of the instructions, but may omit the documents required in Item 3."

I have looked everywhere for these items and can not find them. I dont know what they are talking about. Can anyone identify what these items are??

Question 2. I am following the instruction on this site. I know I need the marriage certificate. My question is should I include all the material that I included in the I-130 ? Such as pictures, money transfers showing support for my wife, tyuped conversations etc. evidence of trips to visit my wife ?

are you filing the I-129 or the I-129F they are two different petitions.

I meant The I-129F. I am after the K3 Visa for a spouse
