My fia nce picked up his packet and asked is there something that he should fax me in example the list of things that i may need to bring to the interview and the lady said yes an affdavit support and a letter from the bank....

so my question is do i ihave the person that is doing the avidavit support fill out the form with all the information and just bring it with me the day of the interview

wouldnt they need time to review the affidavit support to know that it is ligit.... and does my affidavit supporter need to attach a letter from their bank stating last deposits and current balance in account?

so basically do i have to mail the affidavit support to the nvc or just take it with me filled out?

Please help the interview is the 13th of october and i want to make sure im in the right dirrection... :help:

The US citizen fiance(e) (the petitioner) completes an affidavit of support with all required documents even if their income doesn't qualify. Any cosponsor would compete their own affidavit of support and include all the required documents as well.

If the sponsor has regular income that satisfies the requirements then typically no bank information or asset information is needed.

Follow the instructions from the embassy. If they expect it to be presented at the interview then be sure to have everything that is required.

The packet is sent to the beneficiary, not the petitioner. If the packet info is not available on the embassy website simply have him scan it and email to you or fax it to you. Then you will have all the information.
