hello guys! i am 21 weeks and 3 days pregnant now,through that weeks i dont have any complications. during my fisrt trimester,i got some common symptoms like nausea,backpain,morning sickness,mood swing ofcorse, and loosing my appetite. by the second trimester where i am currently now, some of the symptoms gone but back pain,lower abdominal pain appears, i love to eat any foods as long as i think it will satisfy me. i got a small problems,and its my sleeping position,i usually sleep on my back,and now that my tummy begins to grow,the doctor says that i sleep in my side which makes me feel uncomfortable and hard to get asleep. does it do any harm tothe baby or to me if i still sleep in my back?

No harm to the baby, but it may harder for you to breathe.

Have you looked into pregnancy pillows? They are large pillows that you can shape around so you can sleep better and still get the support your stomach needs with the growing baby.

umm...you may want to read through the "All Pregnant Mommies" topic on here. It's about 310 pages long now but filled with useful info.

If the prenatal vitamins give your problems (nausea etc) you can get Flintstones chew-able (yeah kids vitamins). Just take 2 of them instead, you'll get the same bnefits but no side-effects.
