As I was wondering why I never heard anything from the USCIS... only they had to send back the entire package because my hubby signed on the wrong box on his I-130 petition! he signed where the it says signature for the person prepared this form.. it does get really confusing... It's my fault too because i never checked it before sending it... :bonk::crying:

Anyway... I re-sent the entire package and this time double checked everything. :wacko:

I guess I will be on October filers? my eta is on the first of October...

Just a note to sending new applications... doesn't hurt to double check everything...

Fingers crossed hope everything goes well this time. :unsure:

4/29/2016 (Day 10) - Biometrics Scheduled

5/10/2016 (Day 20) - Early Biometrics (Walk in) Originally scheduled for 5/18 @ 2pm

8/16/2016 (Day 120) - Scheduled for an interview

yep Always double check.. and the petitioner... the peron's info that's being used should want to know that ALL information onthe from is correct.

Correct Since USCIS rejected the file and didnot provide a receipt # then it was not filed and if all docks are ok then you will be classed in october 2010.

They returned the check and never cashed it. :bonk:

There would be No need for USCIS to charge her twice.. only time they MAY charge twice is if you file and theu have NO record of your file and so was told to refile...
