Man admits to raping 3 teens; judge gives him probation

This is a horrible crime and a F'd up sentence to such a crime.

I agree with the anger here and there and believe that there must be some sort of discriminating evidence as to why the judge allowed such a light sentence.

I also agree that a sentence should match the crime and 1 rape victim child or not let alone 3 warrants more than what this man received. Honestly the Victims were not given justice as far as I understand.

But how many of you really know the truth about what you are speaking of? Most people only want to know what the media lets them know and want to know nothing else.

1. All research shows that SO have the lowest Recidivism rate 2nd only to Murder. less than 97% of all SO will re offend if they receive proper SO treatment.

2. Most SO crimes against Minors are committed by someone they or their family knows I believe in the 98%; The Stranger Danger is not the issue it is the guard let down by parents towards friends and relatives

3. There is no evidence or proof that SO registry has protected anyone; The majority of sex crimes are committed by first time offenders who will never re offend if the receive treatment

4 Majority of SO have minor offense such as urinating in public, public exposure, etc.

5 Thousands of Child sex offenders are under 18 because they had sex with their GF or BF who was under the consenting age and was prosecuted. These children will be registering for life under the Adam Walsh Act.

I am an advocate for the 3-4% that need to be monitored or imprisoned indefinitely but to lump all SO and make statements out of anger, hate or ignorance of the truth is what most people do instead of becoming truly informed of the SO issue.

I do not expect to change anyones mind about these laws but if anyone is interested in the truth that is hidden from you by the Media and Politicians.
