move to florida...please help

hey guys..is it possible to send my packet from florida while all my proofs are in CA address? this is because of my work that i need to move my residency, flying back and fort is very expensive..what address do i need to use if i want to file it from Miami Florida? can i do my biometrics here instead?

and also i am in a process of divorce and my address have been change 10 months ago but it is still in CA..will this affect my residency? and i was planning to use now my florida address..

PLEASE HELP...

Re-married 12-28-10

RFE-finger print cannot read - 3-25-11

Sent police clearance - 3-27-11

Production of card - 4-9-11
