Hello USCIS petitioners:

I have a question and it's stressing me out. I hope you guys can help me out.

okay. I have filed I 751 with my company attorney. After filing, I forgot the fact that we have moved. And we didn't file AR-11. We noticed after we received a letter of I 751 reminder. USCIS sent it to my old address.

I have filed for I 751 for 2 weeks and no NOA letter have received yet? What should I do?

Dec 30 - Touched - Case status showed "Post Decision Activity" from "initial review". Done Deal!

They should use the address that's on the ROC application so once everything was filed correctly you should get the NOA1 soon. As for the change of address forms be sure to do that ASAP with USCIS and also make sure you send it's equivalent for the sponsor as well. Good luck. :thumbs:

Petitioner would have to complete and send an I-865 Change of Address form (since the affidavit of support is still in force).

ROC applicant has to send in the AR-11 Change of Address form.

In the future, next time you guys move, the non-USC spouse has to send an AR-11 Change of Address form within 10 days of moving to the new address, and the USC spouse has to send the I-865 Change of Address form within 30 days of moving to the new address. :)

02-23-2018: Date on NOA, retrieved from online account

02-23-2018: Date on Biometrics Appointment Letter (Biometrics Appointment at Jacksonville ASC on March 13, 10:00 a.m.)

03-08-2018: Biometrics complete

04-05-2018: Case status updated - Interview Scheduled on May 10, 2018, 10:15 a.m. :D

05-10-2018: Citizenship Interview - Passed English and Civics Tests, Recommended for Approval! :D 

06-19-2018: Received email and text notification: Naturalization Ceremony Scheduled; waited for letter to be uploaded on online account - it has been set on Wednesday, July 25, 3:00 p.m.

07-25-2018: I am now a U.S. Citizen!

No biggie. A lot of people filed ROC without filing for address change and they got approved. I filed change of address after we moved but uscis still sent my I-751 reminder to the old address which tells you USCIS for the most part go by the address on the ROC forms you send. You shouldn't lose sleep over this. Remain calm and the NOA will arrive in the mail.
