we got my husband gc approved yesterday after the long wait accompaniedwith worries.

ididnt sent affidavits from people, and i thought it was the cause, the las four months were about putting service request each month, hope this info can give hooe fur those who has been waiting for more than six months :)

Jan/21/10---- Application Received

Feb/11/10---- Biometrics Taken

March/12/10-- One Yr. Extension Received

March/23/10-- Green Card Expired

June/26/10--- Updated date in USCIS Portfolio

June/29/10--- Place Service Request

July/30/10--- Place 2nd Service Request

Sept/07/2010== Place 3rd Service Request

Sept/27/2010==EMAIL received post decision activity, green card apprived.

congrats to you guys!!!im stuck witm mine roc for year and 5 months !!!what do u think what should i do

well, i dont know a lot of how this works,but we were think in hiring a lawyer if we dont hear nothing from this no later than january, so ithink u should do it, or placeservice request,but yeah i year and a half is so many time, you should get help, and dontforget to put your self in God hands. Hope u get itpretty soon.my bst wishes.

do you know what i should do to file without second green card because lawyers are asking for high amount !!!!thanks

You need to file the N400 as you normally would if you had the unconditional permanent resident card. You are still a permanent resident even if it's with conditions at the moment. By filing for your citizenship they will be forced to adjudicate your ROC. :thumbs:
