I HIRED A ATTORNEY FROM NY, NOT THAT I WANT HER BACK IN MY LIFE OR NOT WANNA DIVORCE HER, I DEFINATELY WANT HER OUT OF MY LIFE BUT I AM JUST FOLLOWING MY STATE LAWS WHICH REQUIRES 1 YR SEPARATION WHICH WILL BE JUNE 2011, AND THAT WILL LEAVE LESS TIME BETWEEN HER BECOMING ILLEGAL. I GUESS THE ATTORNEY DID ASSUME WHAT WAS COMING HIS WAY SO SHE BACKED OUT. I GOT SIGNED DOCUMENTS FROM HER ATTORNEY THAT SHE HAS WITHDRAWN HER CASE FROM NY AND ALL THE CHARGES THAT MY ATTORNEY POINTED OUT AGAINST HER, SUCH AS NOT MEETING RESIDENTIAL REQ OF NY, FILING FALSE ALLEGATIONS ONCE AGAIN OF CRUELTY AND ABUSE FROM A DIFFERENT STATE, ETC. Let me make one thing clear to you. She was not forced to marry me, this was a arranged marriage between me and her but her parents asked her and my parents asked me and we liked each other, well I did for sure but. We were engaged for 2 yrs before getting married so she did have all the time in the world to figure out if I was the guy for her or not. I am not being arrogant or have a high ego here, but I know, my family knows, the people I know in my neighborhood know and now after her getting disgraced and embarrassed for the 4th time infront of US legal system, the local judges and cops know of how much of a corrupt, liar and fraud mentality woman she is. She was never abused physically or mentally, hell when she ran from my house she stole my mothers jewelry, I DONT KNOW IF U READ MY STORY CAREFULLY SO PLZ DO, a girl who is abused does not take her inlaws jewelry, she just runs for her life. Any how after her consistent failures against me in failure to get a protective order, failure to convict me of abuse ( WHICH I NEVER EVER COMMIT, NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS IN MY COUNTRY, I AM A US CITIZEN AND I LIVE AND ABIDE BY THE AMERICAN LAW, UNLESS SOME OTHER THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES OTHER THAN MY HOME). And now her recent failure to have to take care case back after not meeting residential requirements which was once again DUMB AND FOOLISHNESS on her part. And now make matters worst for her, I will file for divorce when I meet the separation requirements however, the stolen jewelry which she admitted during my protective order hearing that she did take when running away, it will go against her big time because I have filed a report for LARCENY and very soon i am summoning her to appear in court. So yea ur right GOOD LUCK to her for sure, fraud immigrants like her deserve more life like hell like she is living right now, She had a husband who kept her happy in everyway and I brought in all the evidence and witnesses to prove that, but she did not have one witness or evidence against me for mental or physical abuse since this never happened, her clean motive was just to come here using me. Well ICE has been consistently informed of each and every battle I have won against her and the larceny case will be a final nail in the coffin for her, after that I really dont care if she lives her or anywhere, I will get rid of her from my life and move on. But I am sure by now she has learned her lesson and she is regretting big time for what she did and I have no sympathy for these type of women because they deserve more. I respect faithful and clean hearted woman from the bottom of my heart but someone who betrays you and heartbroken like me you dont know the pain I went through, your a women I know but if you were in my shoes you dont know what mental torture and stress I went though during this whole process.
