McCain's parents were both US citizens, which makes him a natural-born US citizen,

as per Title 8, Chapter 12, Subchapter III, Part I, § 1401, Subsection c) of the US Code.

They could have had little Johnny in Panama City, Kenya or Timbuktu and it wouldn't have mattered.

The rules are different for the offspring of US citizen/alien couples.

As Democarts have noted prior to entering into deep congessional investigations "The seriousness of the charges outweighs the lack of evidence" That sword cuts on both sides. Seems like it should be a short investigation which is no more moronic that what we are doing every day anyway. Why not? With the Dems out of power, there will be whole bunches of moronic congressional activity taken off the calender, so lets replace them with just this one. If he is qualified and eligible, what's the harm? We all went through more than this to get a visa, so what?
