Expert? No. Informed? Yes. I bet you don't know half of what is being paid on your behalf by your employer.

Sounds about as informed as that candidate from Delaware, who claims she knows everything about Economics, yet took 17 years to graduate with a BA in communications.

Many here confuse having the right to speak as knowledge, it's why talkshows are so popular in the US.

According to the Internal Revenue Service, the 400 richest American households earned a total of $US138 billion, up from $US105 billion a year earlier. That's an average of $US345 million each, on which they paid a tax rate of just 16.6 per cent.
