Hello Everyone;

My wife and I are signed up to receive e-mails from USCIS. We got one some days back that has us scratching our heads. It reads as follows;

"On June 10, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

The thing that has us confused is that we are already back in the US. She received her visa back in October of 2009 and we traveled back to the US days after receiving it. She received her Green Card and SS Card shortly after our arrival. Anyone else ever receive this type of e-mail? Does anyone know if this is a glitch in a backed up system?

Let me know

Thanks. I was already starting to freak out. We're traveling on Vacation to Colombia this weekend and am worried about something going wrong.
