Hi All!

We have the papers ready, everything signed, check made out! yay! Taking the package to the US Post office in the morning...now begins the 5 month wait!

Here is a question, Lupita's 2 children are included in the petition, we are gettting kids passports, with biological dad's permission & he is willing to sign whatever is needed for the boys to permanently immigrate to the USA.

However what is it we need? Can a typed up, signed notarized document created by us and signed by Bio-dad stating his information & intent be enough at Cuidad Juarez Mexico when we go for the interview? Or does it need to be a big special document made up by a lawyer?

Advice please???!!!

thanks! :D

You want a CID specific answer... moving to regional forum ... more chance of an accurate answer

YMMV
