Anybody knows a good and helpful travel agency that could give me a cheap ticket from Philippines to Washington D.C for a first time immigrant and a minor???

Please help. Thanks!

Married 2007, Husband became USC 06/2009,

I became a LPR 11/2009

IR-2 for USC's stepdaughter (my daughter) TIMELINE :

03/22/10 - Sent I-130 to Chicago, IL

03/23/10 - Received & Signed by R Mercado

03/31/10 - NOA1 Date

04/02/10 - Check cashed

04/05/10 - Received NOA1

05/03/10 - Touched

05/04/10 - Touched

05/05/10 - Touched/Received Approval Message (email&text) 44 days!!!

05/06/10 - Touched/Status says Approval Notice Sent on 05/05/10

05/07/10 - Case # Assigned

05/10/10 - Received NOA2

05/12/10 - DS3032/AOS Fee Bill Received (email)

05/12/10 - Sent DS3032 via email & Paid AOS Fee Bill

05/16/10 - AOS Fee Bill Payment Status is PAID

05/17/10 - DS3032 Accepted/DS230 Fee Bill Received/Sent AOS Packet

06/09/10 - Checklist Cover Letter Received by email (to pay&send DS230, & RFE for AOS)

06/23/10 - Sent RFE for AOS

06/30/10 - NVC Received RFE Response as per AVR

07/02/10 - Paid IV fee bill

07/13/10 - Sent DS230

07/14/10 - Packet received as per USPS

08/12/10 - AOS Accepted

08/17/10 - Sign in fail

08/18/10 - Called NVC, operator told me that our case will be sent to USEM

08/23/10 - Case received at USEM

08/24/10 - USEM gave Interview Date : September 17 @ 7:15am

09/17/10 - APPROVED

10/14/10 - POE at WAS, USA

01/09/13 - Sent to Dallas Lockbox (Lewisville, TX)

01/15/13 - Check Cashed and NOA date

01/28/13 - Biometrics Appointment (DONE)

01/30/13 - Email received "In line for Interview Scheduling"

1/18/2010- flew to meet and proposed (stayed for two weeks)
2/23/2010- mailed I-129F overnight
2/25/2010- checked cashed
3/03/2010- received NOA1 Hard copy (dated 2/25/2010)
5/20/2010- I-129F Petition approved
5/25/2010- Received NOA 2 in mail
7/12/2010- Medical( chest xray found white lines)
7/12/2010-7/14/2010- sputum test (for smear test)
7/16/2010- smear test neg ( 8 week wait time)
9/13/2010- call st lukes
9/14/2010- return to st Lukes get result's
9/15/2010- return to st Lukes for immunization's
9/15/2010- medical passed
10/4/2010- Embassy Interview (Passed)
10/8/2010- Visa received
11/12/2010- arrived at POE ( Atlanta Georgia )
2/12/2013- Filed AOS

3/18/2013- Biometric

7/26/2013 Aos petiton approved

8/3/2013- received ( Perminent Resident Green Card 10 yr)

12/5/2016- Mailed N-400

12/7/2016- N-400 Received

12/07/2013-NOA

12/12/2016- Check Cashed

1/12/2017- Biometric appt

1/30/2017- Case inline for scheduling interview

6/23/2018- Received interview letter

7/23/2018- interview date , passed, Recommend for approval 

8/4/2018- case status changed to oath letter mailed

8/8/2018- Received oath letter

8/21/2018- Oath Ceremony

Travel agents or agency are a thing of the past, a dying industry.

The internet has basically eliminated them, and if you go thru a Travel Agency your probably gonna pay more for a ticket than booking it yourself

Check out all the travel website, and try Korean Air they tend to be cheaper the Air Philippine/Philippine Air......

The internet has basically eliminated them, and if you go thru a Travel Agency your probably gonna pay more for a ticket than booking it yourself

Check out all the travel website, and try Korean Air they tend to be cheaper the Air Philippine/Philippine Air......

this has not been the case from my experience. each time i've taken trips to pinas and back, i've always looked at the prices on travel websites...and then i call travel agencies to see if the prices match or which is cheaper. the travel agency always wins for me.

May 10,2011: NOA2( Approved)

May 21,2011: Called NVC got case number

May 26,2011: called NVC to set up emails

May 26,2011: received an email from NVC- P3AU english(stating the visa is not available for your use)
