Which address to put on the letters?

Since all petitions are now sent to Texas and from there they are redirected to either Vermont or California, on the letters on which you have to put the address of the service center first (ex. letter of intent) which address do you put? I ask this partly because my fiance came to Mexico to visit me and I signed the letter of intent and the g-325, but that was before I knew of the change of address so in my letter of intent the heading had the address of the Vermont office. Will it matter if I just leave the Vermont one there, even if on the rest it says Texas?

Texas is simply doing the intake of your petition. Cashing the check and forwarding to the service center. You should be addressing the letters to Vermont/California, as they are the ones who will actually be reviewing and eventually approving your petition.
