hello every one

to all the Visa journey member who've been in this situation i really need your help in behalf of my friend that like to bring his girlfriend here and marry her. here is the problem

1. passport lastnme is different from driver's liscence, income tax and bank account statement

i ask him about this matter and here is his eplanation, his mom change his lastname when he is 16 years old which that time you do not need to authenticate the name change document. what is the best thing that he can do about his situation. we are thinking that if he is going to file for a petition he is worried that the USCIS might denied the petition due to tha different name in his documents... please please help him.

What name appears on his NSO birth certificate? It should be the same as what appears on his passport.
