Received Biometrics Letter, 11 year old daughter received one, too

Funny thing...got the biometrics letters today, and they say my daughter and I have to appear at the Jacksonville, FL ASC for biometrics.

Thing is, our daughter is 11 years old, and when I sent in our AOS application, I only paid $600 (since we are filing for AOS together, and she is under 14 years old, supposedly no biometrics is needed).

Has anyone experienced this before? Should both of us go for biometrics even though she is below 14 and technically the biometrics fee was not paid because of her age?

My daughter got Bio appointment for her AOS-EAD (she was 9 then.) We also paid $600 for her filing fee. For AOS everybody needs to have fingerprints and photo taken regardless age. Now, for ROC some kids under 14 do not get Bio appointments even though fees have to be paid. BTW my daughter also received a Bio appointment for ROC and she is 11.
