Hi all,

I called the nvc today and we now have case numbers....yeah!!!!!!.....hopefully it will all move along smooth from here...:)

5-05-06 sent

5-08-06 received

5-20-06 Noa#1 (notice date)

5-25-06 Noa#1 (mail recieved)

5-31-06 (touched)

7-12-06 (touched) received email....cases transfered to CSC

7-13-06 (touched)

7-17-06 received NOA in mail (transfer notice)

7-19-06 CSC received petitions

7-20-06 (touched)

7-21-06 (touched)

8-03-06 APPROVED (via email)

8-08-06 received NOA#2 in mail(sent to NVC)

Congratulations Jazzy. :dance:

Things will progress at a somewhat faster pace now so be sure to be as prepared as possible with forms, documentation, etc. Try reading the shortcuts that are posted in the guides section. People do say they help.

08/11/2006 - Received at NVC case number assigned

08/21/2006 - DS-3032 & I-864 fee Generated 08/22/2006 - Emailed choice of agent

08/25/2006 - Choice of agent accepted 08/28/2006 - IV bill generated

08/29/2006 - Mailed I-864 bill 09/09/2006 - Mailed IV Bill

09/16/2006 - Received I-864/09/18/2006 - Mailed Completed I-864

09/23/2006 - Mailed DS-230/09/28/2006 - Message says information rec at NVC

10/07/2006 - Message says they are sending an RFE 10/18/2006 RFE returned

Its a GREAT feeling isnt it? We were jumping up and down for joy back in Jan when our file reached NVC.

Good luck with the remainder of your journey. Aussie's shortcut guide is excellent to read and prepare from during this stage.

June 2005: We start the visa process

July 2005: NOA1

Jan 2006: NOA2

Apr 2006: Case complete

Apr 2006: NVC send file to London

June 2006: Church blessing in London

June 2006: Medical

June 2006: Interview

June 2006: VISA!!!!! :)))

Sept 2006: Daisy age 50 and 7/12ths moves to California... whoooohooooooo!

Removal of Conditions

June 2008: Mail package to CSC

July 2008: Biometrics Appt

October 2008: 10 year green card arrives in the mail.

Citizenship

January 2010: Apply for US citizenship.

March 2010: Oath ceremony. Citizenship complete!!!!!

Congratulations. Now, in about 1-2 weeks, your Choice of agent form and AOS Fee Bill will be generated. Please prepare yourself for that. read the James' short cut. The beneficiary can email the VNC once choice of agent form is generated to appoint a choice o fagent.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
