Any suggestions. Did you put it in a binder/folder/etc? with each section clearly highlighted?

I got the cover letter sheet already.

Thanks

d

I used a coversheet and just organized it according to how I listed the documents on that sheet. Are you in SLC?

I read somewhere that the documents are filed with top-page-double-hole-punches. So I double-hole-punched mine and used a prong fastener. The USCIS instruction only said to not use fasteners that would make it difficult to disassemble. I also used dividers that had the tabs on the bottom of the page to separate each section.

Cover sheet and then everything behind it in the order listed on the cover sheet. One GIANT paper clip to hold it together, then mailed it off.

Make sure they all go in the envelope and the envelope is securely closed.

Anything you assemble will be disassembled upon arrival and arranged the way that service center does things. Don't use staples. I used paper clips and a binder clip on the whole thing. Anything else is an effor that no one will appreciate and will make no difference in your processing. Use the time you would to assemble an art project to check and double check the contents for completeness and accuracy...things that DO count.

I did the two hole punch at the top and organized according to the cover letter using tabs for every item on the cover letter along with separator sheets stating what's behind them, i.e. Skype texts, Don't buy expensive separators. I typed in bold and large font and that was my sepaprate pages. Just organized it and then you can easily go through your cover letter contents (check list). You shouldnt miss anything. Make sure you sign the forms and complete the form as per USCIS's instructions. Good luck.
