Hi there i'm sorry if this is the wrong forum for this question but I couldn't find the closest topic.

I currently have my green card which still has the conditions attached as I've only had it for just over a year. Do I still need to notify the USCIS when I change address. I moved a few months ago and didn't think anything about it but am now wandering wether I am required to notify them of my change of address.

Any help is really appreciated.

Yes - you should notify them immediately. You are required by law to notify them within 10 days of moving, but my recommendation is to go ahead and file the address change AR-11 and put in the correct dates. Many people have done so and they didn't hear any complaints from USCIS.

This way, your evidence submitted with the ROC application will match the dates of your residence.

Yes, the green card holder and the USC spouse have to inform USCIS every time they move.

The green card holder has to mail in an AR-11 Change of Address form within 10 days of moving to the new address, and the USC spouse has to send in a I-865 Change of Address form within 30 days of moving to the new address. They are both available on the USCIS website.

02-23-2018: Date on Biometrics Appointment Letter (Biometrics Appointment at Jacksonville ASC on March 13, 10:00 a.m.)

03-08-2018: Biometrics complete

04-05-2018: Case status updated - Interview Scheduled on May 10, 2018, 10:15 a.m. :D

05-10-2018: Citizenship Interview - Passed English and Civics Tests, Recommended for Approval! :D 

06-19-2018: Received email and text notification: Naturalization Ceremony Scheduled; waited for letter to be uploaded on online account - it has been set on Wednesday, July 25, 3:00 p.m.

07-25-2018: I am now a U.S. Citizen!

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.
