I'm sending a K-1 visa application from Ireland? I send it to Texas right? Not Ireland embassy? I've asked this question before but was just looking at forums where one lady said she sent her K-1 package to Dublin. It was not a DCF visa, definitely a K-1.

thanks!

Thank you! I know you send DCF to your local embassy but K-1 is definitely to Texas. Great! :)

Also... He's the USC and he's living in Ireland with me. Would there be any problem filing for a K-1 with this situation?

Nope, not a problem. If you do a search for a member called Gingerpants, she has also filed for K-1 somewhat recently and is living in Ireland with her Fiance. People do it all the time. You're lucky you can spending the wait time with your fiance! Most of us are not so lucky.. :(
