MY BASIC TIME LINE IS:

USCIS RECIVED I129F ON MAY 15

USCIS RECIEVED IMBRA RFE JULY 10TH

USCIS TOUCHED ME ON JULY 11TH (NOT TOUCHED SINCE)

SO FAR AS RECIEVED IMBRA'S, HOW MANY OF YOU HAVE A DATE BEFORE JULY 10TH that also have not been approved. JUST WONDERING IF I AM IN THE MINORITY OR NOT. SEEING SEVERALY APPROVALS THAT RFE'S WERE SENT IN AFTER MINE (JULY 10TH)

HAVE YOU RECIEVED ANY TOUCHES SINCE YOUR RFE WAS RECIEVED?

DO YOU "WE" ARE WITHIN THE NORMAL TIME LINE GIVEN WHAT YOU HAVE SEEN ON THE BOARD?

I AM THINKING THE APPROVALS FROM FOLKS WITH RFE RECIEPTS AFTER JULY 6TH TO THE 10TH WERE MOSTLY NOT CSC FILERS. ANYWAY ANY THOUGHTS?

No touches since they received our RFE, not a single one. To be honest, I have given up on finding "normal" processing times. I have seen people May and June filers at CSC getting approved, and VSC filers from July. There is no hope with what is "normal".

Honestly, no I don't think it is normal, but as I said I have given up hope on this almost. We may actually look at moving to the Cayman Islands instead, as this process is outrageous. Even both Senators office's here in Iowa say they go off the NOA1 date, but in talking with the USCIS customer service, they said RFE date. Point is that no one has any idea what is going on at USCIS or any of the servicing centers.

I WOULDNT MOVE BECAUSE OF THIS....

ACTUALLY I HAVE A FEELING THAT WE BOTH WILL APPROVED WITHIN A WEEK IF THEIR ARE NOT ANY SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES. SINCE EITHER ONE OF US HAVE NOT BEEN TOUCHED, THAT PROBABLY MEANS THAT THEY HAVE NOT LOOKED AT THEM AGAIN SINCE THE RFE RETURN, WHICH IS GOOD BECAUSE THEY HAVENT LOOKED AT OUR CASES AND DECLINED THEM.

I WAS JUST WONDERING IF WE WERE IN THE MAJORITY OR THE MINORITY REGARDING HAVING RFE'S RECIVED BY THE CSC BEFORE JULY 10TH AND STILL NOT BEING APPROVED. I STILL DONT KNOW THE ANSWER TO MY QUESTION. HOPEFULLY WE WILL GET SOME HELP HERE :)

HANG IN THIER A BIT LONGER....

Ok, so you are in the same situation as me except you turned your noa1 45 days earlier but your RFE one day later. That makes me feel better. I keep thinking maybe I have a RFE being sent and that is what the hold up is. Since my mail is currently being forwarded I cant get my mail for 10 days out, but i guess it would reflect online anyway.

So, how do you feel about our chances next week?

I think it is the week since others are getting approvals with rfe dates out to 7-18.
